We will create an individualized lifestyle wellness program based on a thorough assessment of your health/medical history and current health status centered around co-creating a trusting client-practitioner relationship and the utilization of lab tests and assessment forms.
We will increase our nutritional education and address emotional and behavioral components for your sustainable success.

Rates include:
- Additional research and individualized protocol development between sessions
- Brief communication by email or phone, if necessary
For those in the NYC/Long Island area, consultation sessions will be held at your residence and/or at a public space. Phone consults are available too.
Michael is also available for nutritional consultations at Jandi's Natural Market & Organic Cafe, located in Oceanside, NY, where he is employed as a Nutrition Information Specialist. Michael's current schedule at Jandi's is Saturdays, Sundays, & Tuesdays from 12-5pm, and on Fridays from 10am-3pm. Please inquire to schedule an appointment. Consultation fee is $60/hour, with guaranteed customer service.
Public Health Educational Programs
Michael is available to conduct educational programs on a variety of health topics to schools, organizations, healthcare institutions, businesses and other venues. He has spoken at several high schools and holistic health centers.
