I have decided to write a blog capturing topics of interest that will educate, challenge, and inspire you to live a fulfilling, healthy life. The blog is titled "Peace and Vitality" in honor of my late friend and first personal mentor in the healing arts and sciences, Michael Cannizzaro, who's salutation was "peace and vitality." Michael passed away from cancer in January 2014. He was a great friend and teacher. I carry on a significant piece of his legacy in my own life and work. In alignment with Michael's nature as a lover of other human beings, giving of himself so selflessly, I write this blog for all of you out there. May my written works cause something to transform deep within you, or the very least, provide a fun read.
